FREE Physicals

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE FREE PHYSICALS OFFERED BY THE SCHOOL:

This is simply a reminder regarding the setup of your child's online physical forms. In order for your child to receive a FREE physical through the school, you will need to fill out a physical form and make sure both you and your child have signed it! This must be done by the parents, NOT the students (per Mr. Goodwin, athletic director).

IMPORTANT: You will need to have the information filled out online PRIOR TO the physicals. The FREE physical date is Wednesday, June 29th at 1:00pm.
