Parents,
This is simply a reminder regarding the setup of your child's online physical forms. In order for your child to receive a FREE physical through the school, you will need to fill out a physical form and make sure both you and your child have signed it! This must be done by the parents, NOT the students (per Mr. Goodwin, athletic director).
The information is available at cw.noacsc.org. Once there, click on "Athletics."
You will need to have the information filled out online prior to the physicals. The FREE physical date is Wednesday, June 29th with the time as follows:
1:00-2:00 Junior High Girls
2:00-3:00 High School Girls
3:00-4:00 High School Boys
4:00-5:00 Junior High Boys
Here are the stats of who has filled out their online paperwork and signed up for teams (about 40% of these have the parents signing off, but not the students):
